How does pricing work?
A quote has two parts: the parts at their retail price, and a build fee for assembly and testing. We send the full breakdown before you pay, and nothing is ordered until you approve it.
Can I bring my own parts?
Yes. Choose Assembly Only. We check compatibility first, so you know everything fits before you commit.
Which brands do you build with?
We favour well-known brands such as Lian Li, Corsair, Thermaltake, NZXT, Fractal Design and Cooler Master, and we choose parts based on your budget and how you'll use the PC.
Do you ship builds?
Yes, across Canada. Shipping is paid by the customer, depends on the destination and box size, and is quoted before you pay. Local pickup, drop-off and delivery are available in the GTA.
What about warranty?
Parts keep their manufacturer warranties. Our assembly work is covered by our assembly terms, which you'll see before you order.
How long does a build take?
It depends on the parts and their availability. Your quote includes an estimated timeline.
Do you do upgrades and repairs?
Yes. Choose Upgrade or Repair on the request form and tell us what's going on, and we'll quote it.
Can I design my own build online?
Try the PC configurator. Pick parts and watch estimated performance and power draw update, then send the build to us as a request.
